November COVID-19 Update

adminUncategorized

Over the past week, eighteen people in our church family have either tested positive for COVID-19 or have symptoms and are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test. One of the people experiencing symptoms is Pastor Roger and due to the spread of illness, he and the elders have consulted with Dr. Tripple and have prayerfully concluded that for the next two weeks, we will be holding virtual church only. All church related meetings, including Journey Groups, will be virtual for the next two weeks.

Once we return to meeting in person, we will follow CDC guidelines for churches which include mask-wearing for everyone above the age of 2 in all indoor areas. The health of our church family is important to us and we will do all we can to make sure our fellowship is as safe as possible.

Our virtual church services will be held on November 15 and 22 at 10:30AM. You will be able to access the service through Facebook and our website. We will not have a 9AM virtual service.

While we know that this is a trying time, we believe this small pause in in-person fellowship is the wisest course of action. Join with us in praying for our church family, our community, our state, our nation, and our world!
